Telkom : Cancellation of 20/20 Fiber deals

During November 2023 I was told that as I am such a loyal customer Telkom would upgrade my 20/20 service to a 50/50 with no extra charge! How nice I thought but should have known better. with the 2024 price increases, Telkom charged me for the "free upgrade 50/50" internet plus the increase in rates. I really do not require a 50/50 deal and as a pensioer at home the 20/20 deal was more than adequate. When I went to the Telkom front office I was told that They no longer have a 20/20 fiber package - discontinued. So bottom line, Telkom did not think I am a nice and loyal guy but they were clearing up their 20/20 package to be able to only have the more expensive deal available. Now that"s not the way to treat a "loyal" customer?
