Telkom Cancellation nightmare!!

I have canceled my services with them in July but nothing has happened. I’ve tweeted about it and got response back that cancelation takes 30days and it’s been longer than that. The retentions department isn’t open to the public so they don’t take calls but can only make calls, pathetic! So now I’m stuck with services I don’t want and even need and there’s no way out.

Save yourselves don’t bother taking any services with Telkom cause you won’t get out if you wanted to!
