Telkom Cancellation Nightmare!
I've been trying to cancel a month to month internet 5 promo unsuccessfully since March 2018. Despite several emails and conversations with consultants this service has not been cancelled. I even have a reference number stating cancellation will be effective and my account will be corrected. That was in July. It's now September and the problem is yet to be resolved.
