Telkom cancellation issues

Cancelled my LTE with telkom, received an email on the 2nd of june stating someone will contact me regarding my cancellation. It is now 22 days later, and no one has contact me.

I have contacted telkom 3 times regarding this, all three times got through to a consultant, but the line goes dead everyime.
