Telkom Cancellation IMPOSSIBLE

I have been struggling to cancel my account (I am not going to upgrade). Went to the Woodlands branch and they advised that I can only do it online, which is weird because my brother cancelled his account in person at the same branch a few weeks later. The assistant emailed me the link that I should use, needless to say, it doesn't work. I live in a small town and will have to drive through to PTA AGAIN to cancel in person and hope that this time I get a assistant that actually knows how to do their work. SO FED UP.
