Telkom Cancellation Impossible

Good day,<br> <br> This is my second complaint, Telkom responded to my first with a reference number SM118785, however nothing has been done yet. Doesn't surprise me though, our company has been attempting to cancel our Business account with Telkom since April. Sent multiple emails, made multiple calls where I was on hold for hours, went to the closest Telkom, still no assistance . I don't understand why it is so difficult to cancel our account or why no one has responds to my queries regarding the cancellation. It figures, once you have had enough of Telkom and try to cancel, they don't even allow you to do that.
