Telkom Cancellation Frustration
I put in my notice of cancellation on the 11th of September for a contract that ends on the 23rd of October 2019. Today is the 28th of October and with 4 cancellation references NO Cancellation of the contract has been made instead they keep Canceling them
I am highly frustrated, I don’t even have money to secure their debit order because I thought telkom had ethics and honesty.
They are cheap irt contracts but they will give you hell, tears and frustration when your contract ends and you don’t want to renew it
I urge everyone who reads this not to put yourselves through my agony because it is heartbreaking and stressful
Telkom doesn’t have great network and yet we take contracts with them all in the name of saving a small by buck that will cost you your mental well-being 24 months later
They black lady at the last station made me complete a form and told me that the request made on the 11th would be outstanding
She went on to me what she is doing with the form is 100% guaranteed to work and shouldn’t worry
However that was never submitted and now I’m left to sort it it
Don’t bother with telkom or visiting the Alberton city branch
