Telkom cancellation Fails

I cancelled my account in April and am still fighting and following up without success. In my area, I have no other option for Internet access, yet cannot get anything (and my work must suffer as a result) because Telkom cannot follow up on cancellation orders. When I call, I am sent around in circles and given bogus email addresses. I never want to use Telkom again with such poor customer service, yet what other option do I have?
