telkom cancellation department useless and self help service as well

i have being trying to cancel our service a couple of times, telkom website doesnt work properly, and if we reverse the debit order it will reflect badly on our credit score, im very fraustrated because telkom is doing away with adsl lines so we havent used them for nearly 2 months now.
