Telkom Cancellation Department Stall

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Is there is any one from Telkom Higher Ups that can help in this matter please do. I have been trying for over a month now to cancel a Telkom month to month Mobile Data contract because I want to switch over to a Telkom ADSL package, but am struggling to get any response from Telkom Cancellations Dept. I mailed the the documents on the 27 of May, after a week or so no response. So on the 09 June, I go into the Telkom Store in Tygervalley & complete another form & she tells me, they will give me a call to confirm cancellation. This is weird, seeing that Telkom will actually be making more money out of it, by cancelling the mobile contract & accepting the adsl contract.
