Telkom cancellation department is useless

It is impossible to cancel my TelKom account. i have tried multiple times over the last 3 years. the contract expired in 2016. I cannot even upgrade it. Telkom is the worst cellphone provider. I think I will contact every person who is having problems with canceling their contract and start destroying telkom property until they find a better system of cancelling contracts.
