Telkom Cancellation

<p>I have been trying to cancel my contract with Telkom Mobile since July. I went to the branch and filled in a form. A month later, the money is still going off my account. I demand that Telkom pays me 3 months for something that no longer works anymore. I also emailed my account to the retentions/cancellation department a number of times.</p>
