TELKOM CANCELLATION

Ordered a phone online and was advised that the phone will be delivered within 7 days if i don't like the phone i can return it within 7 days at no extra charge. A week goes by i hear nothing from Telkom, When i call No agent is available to take my calls,Finally i go through to Telkom and they first delivered at the wrong address and weeks later the phone was finally delivered (LATE )but i was no longer interested in it. Called Telkom to cancel my order they didnt pick up their phone, i finally got someone and they registered me for a courier to come and collect. When i call to check up on the cancellation and the courier i get No answer, no one is available to come and take this phone that i can buy the one i wanted. Telkom wont take my call when I cancel but will take your call when buying. And they are Billing me for a phone i am not using.
