Telkom Cancellation
Canceling of account is a Joke. I terminated my telkom account for ********** which I got reference numbers for my cancellation . I got promised the line would be cancelled. Still to date this has not been done. I get in dated with phone calls from them trying to sell me fiber which the more I am telling them I am not interested the more they selling me the ****** product. I will not be paying you any more so forget it. The reason for cancellation is that I never got the service I was paying for The refrence numbers were ********** 0, ********** 0, ********** 0, ********** 1
Please remove my cell number ********** or else I am going lay a complaint against the consumer council

17 Jun 2018, 18:01This better be corrected I have all the evidence , I gave you a months notice and now you tell me I must do so again? No ways. I cancelled 17 May . now on the 15 June you say my services will be cancelled again , another 30 days, no ways.
