Telkom Cancelations Are Impossible To Get A Hold Of!!!!

I have tried to call Telkom twice in 2 days.. I have even logged a call with them for a call back.. Everytime I phone their Mobile Cancelation Department.. I am on hold for 30+ minutes and I have other things to do other than hold on the line for this people to take my call.. It's very very annoying to have to run after an ISP for basic services!! Do better Telkom!!!
