Telkom Cancelation Process is impossibke

Horrible service. We wanted to cancel our contract, where we waited a whole day in a line just to hear from the service advisor that he logged a call so the CALL CENTRE can call us back and then we have to go back to the telkom branch?! Where in your life does that make sense. We actually called the week before, to the call centre that we wanted to cancel and they had said we have to go to the branch. So everybody is messing us around. This poor service was delivered by the branch at wonderboom Junction. I would net recommend taking a contract whatsoever with telkom, they activate you so quickly but canceling does not happen. No one has called us from the call centre yet 2 weeks after and when we called the call centre again they did not answer.
