Telkom cancelation process impossible

Telkom is refusing to close my account, my contact expired in February 2020 and they kept refusing to close account. Now they have send me to debt collectors, i told them i will pay if they cancel the contract and they refuse. What do i do I've been to the branch twice and they can't help and ask call centers to call, i expressed that I want to cancel.
