Telkom cancelation Pat ethic service , *****ing moneys from honest hard working people!

I am so frustrated with this ********ly stupid people !

Two and a half years ago, my telkom line was cancelled, I do have correspondence on email, months later attorneys contact me telling me that there is still outstanding settling fee to be paid or I will be blacklisted, after many correspondence again, proof of cancelation I did pay the outstanding, only for 18 months later some idiot from another debt collector calling me again with a new amount outstanding ? How do I get rid of this useless, ***********'s people and their pathetic service, ??? Ever, are they using the stupid people to do this, or what is wrong with this people and Telkom is a useless pathetic service. !! If anyone out there have any consolation or advice, please do pass on for me, now my name is being blacklisted, because of this idiotic people.
