Telkom cancelation not done!!!

After canceling my Telkom account, I still recieve accounts and have now again been handed over to NuDebt. They are ********* and incompitent in handelinge quiries. Its an absolute nightmare trying to phone them and explain to them that you have already closed your account and have made the last payment moths ago.
