TELKOM CANCELATION NOT DONE

I have HAD it with TELKOM.. I canceled my contract before 21 days and was given case numbers and was told by the 26th August 2020 my contract was going to changed to a prepaid.Upuntil now it hasn't been changed and now they the consultant at Garden Route Mall in telkom is saying am owing. TELKOM HAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED ME FROM TIME TO TIME AND I WOULDN'T WANT ANYBODY ELSE TO GO THROUGH TAKING A CONTRACT WITH TELKOM PLEASE.... I want my contract to be canceled ***3 case number.
