If you can avoid getting a contract with Telkom, do so. The false information that call centre agents advise you over the phone is so bogus that you better off believing that ***s can fly. They will give you the run around to delay cancelation as much as possible and they forward non-workable links to pensioners only for these people to give up and continue to get ********** for a service this old couple no longer makes use of for almost a year.
