Telkom cancelation department

Pathetic service from telkom cancelation department spoke to 3 different agents they either cut the call on you or make u wait for a long period of time on the line and say the system is down its very unprofessional,furthermore my dsl internet line has been down for so long telkom refuse to replace the cables ,due to cable theft, yet I'm paying for the line every month they refuse to cancel it ,please I need someone to respond to this asap
