Telkom cancelation

I cancelled my account in January and sent numerous emails to each department. I still received emails from telkom that the account was still active. I then sent email to Noxolo Mbele in the billing dept. she advised the account was canceled on 24 Jan. I am now receiving a default sms from attorney for the account that is overdue. I will gk to court, I have proof. Telkom DO YOUR JOB!!!
