Telkom cancelation

I've been waiting more than 2 weeks for an agent to phone me back for cancelation of my product. We cant really complain about service because there ain't non whatsoever. They are *********** and negligent. They should be ashamed of the way they conduct business. Trapping people in a financial burden where they could've gotten quality service from competent service providers.
