Telkom cancelation

I have been traying to cancel my Telkom contract from Feb without any luck. I have done everything that Telkom has advice me to do and still I am paying for something that I am not using!! I will NEVER in my life advice anyone to sign up with Telkom!!! I am so disappointed! Horrible service!!!!!! Telkom's cancelation sucks!!!!
