Telkom cancelation

My experience with telkom is pathetic I have been trying to cancel my line for 1yr and no results.iv been billed every month and I comply till date no cancelation has been done.im financially been distraught due to their incompetence.i need a senior Manger to assist with this matter before I seek legal assistance
