Telkom cancelation

I am extremely passed with Telkom services and how they operate... I have been trying to cancel a contract with them for months and months now.. I keep being pushed from pillar to post. I've been asking to speak to managers but the have a ****ty process.. I need to email a manager but their email addresses they've given me is also non existent...
