Telkom cancel terminate my contract with you and return my money because you are not providing service

As I'm writing this I'm very furious I took a wifi router contract from telkom this year 2023 February. I've been paying R529 monthly without network. Been complaining to them to cancel the contract, collect their router and refund me my money but they are sending me from pillar to post. On top of R529 I'm paying monthly I'm also loosing lot of money buying airtime to call their forever waiting/ keeping me on hold calls. Their customer service is very poor. I really need help😭
