**** TELKOM.... CANCEL MY SERVICES IMMEDIATLY

This is the ****tiest most ridiculous network ever!... a bunch of daylight ******s I regret ever taking out a product with this company which they refuse to cancel and always suspending my services.

I have a data sim card which was supposed to end in JANUARY this year, as per the contract that was taken up I only signed up for 24 months... but it is long over 24 months now and i still have this pain in my ass called Telkom. I have been trying to get this company to cancel this **** but no assistance... I reversed debit orders thinking that they would contact me so I can sort this **** out, just to get charged 3x more than my monthly debit. they also cancelled my services and send me sms with reference numbers when i request a call back but to this day i never spoke to an agent on the phone. i refuse to pay for something that i agreed to only pay for 24 months what **** is this that i have to cancel the services myself the contract stipulates 24 months so after the 24th payment that **** should automatically be cancelled. the way this company just wants to suck you dry they even get nudebt to forcefully take your money without even consulting you as the customer. i paid up my account in june and tried cancelling online but showed my line was suspended i then went to the online chat and requested a call back many times and still nothing. in july i stopped their debit order and reversed it and still no one contacted me they rather sending me statements saying i owe almost 1k on something that costs R199 a month? nah i,m sick of this people and their theft. i work hard for my money just for their *********** asses to just ***** from me. I also had a chat with one of their agents where he said he cant see a cancel request after i clearly told him that they kept my line suspended even after i paid up my account... i even emailed him screenshots and everything on the 5th of August and still no feedback or response yet i faithfully recieve that statement every month demanding money from me. I WILL NOT PAY A CENT . Telkom can feast off the money they already stole from me but we will take this thing further if they think they gonna get a blue cent out of me ... I WANT THIS **** CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY OR THEY WILL FIND THEMSELVES IN A COURT BATTLE WITH ME AND MANY OTHERS THEY HAVE ******.
