Telkom! Cancel my account!

I don't know what to do anymore. The guy who released snakes into a bank a few years ago comes to mind. I cancelled my Telkom account in April 2017. Telkom tried to collect debts up to September 2017. I refused to pay. They put lawyers on me. The lawyers dropped the case accepting my explanation. Telkom then sold the debt to Nudebt Management. They are ****. After a protracted debate with them for about 12 months we got nowhere. I begged them to sue me. They won't. Now Telkom has sent me a bill for landline services dated October 2018. What must a man do to cancel this *******ed Telkom account?!

Email addresses published either don't exist or are get no response. Numbers that are published don't connect. The online chat doesn't respond. If I go to the store I won't be able to restrain myself and I am still (just!) sane enough to want to live in freedom so I'm not about to go **** someone to get this stop. I can get connected without leaving my home...why can't I just cancel a service I don't have at a house I don't live at?
