Telkom Canal walk bad customer service

I upgraded to the p40lite on Monday not knowing or being aware that this phone is not an android phone, the consultant did not inform us that it is not an android phone . When I got home to set my phone up with my apps the Whatsapp did not work and I could not download tymebank app as it is not yet available. I contacted Telkom store the next day to say I want to return the phone and the consultant said we cant but he was the one that did not inform us about the phone which was his responsibility as the one that has the knowledge. I am have wifi contract and another phone with them which I will not be renewing with Telkom disappointed in the service. Have been with Telkom for 4yrs now and expected better service to atleast inform your costumers about the product before buying it. I would have taken the Samsung rather.
