Telkom, can you even spell customer service?

If only there were a ZERO rating option!

I know that I am not the first and definitely will not be the last but hoping this will help any potential future clients... DO NOT EVER CONSIDER TELKOM AS YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER!! I cannot stress this enough! Telkom has NO sense of Customer Service, NO capabilities of rectifying their errors and absolutely NO accountability to say the least!

I have been having issues back and forth in canceling my contract since August, one lie after the other, one story after the other, countless phone calls, hours of wasted airtime and patience I no longer have and NO ONE seems to know what they are doing! Do these agents even get the sufficient training they need for this job?? Or are they just required to speak bull**** and prolong any situation just to milk as much money out of customers as possible?? I feel terribly sorry for those who are none the wiser and Management never seems to be available... How convenient!
