Telkom can't provide a simple service!!

On the 7th of October i complained about Telkom not fixing my line or giving me any feedback on the problem that i have reported to them on the 11th of September.<br> They gave me feed back told me that a technician has been assigned and even gave me a reference number.<br> <br> After all that my line is still not fixed so i kept to my word and canceled my Telkom service on the 16th of October.<br> <br> Thank you for false promises and no service at all Telkom.<br> <br>
