Telkom can't get enough of me

<p>We cancelled our Telkom service in Cape Town in July 2015 in writing. Pungile says it was cancelled on 1/09/2015. But we are still being billed. The number is ********** 790. So why have we just received a bill in Sept 2016 for R 290.90???</p> <p>can someone please sort this out ASAP thank you </p>
