Telkom can't deliver

Does Recurring Telkom Mobile Data 128 kbps work for you? Fantastic marketing carrot by Telkom but you can't use it. Have to set your network to TelkomSA 3G only and it still does not work on 3 brand new phones. Lucky if you get 10 kbps. Telkom is desperately trying to ignore the issue until March. The call centers even disconnect your call and don't return calls as promised. Must be a Telkom 2015 HIGHLIGHT
