Telkom can't assist with a simple Pole

<p>after a million calls and mistakes on telkoms side, I am still waiting for a pole to be fitted in, they won't even come out to assist me! How long do I wait for a simple situation to be sorted out? We want to pay Telkom and get moving with our lives but it seems as if they are quick to take money but can't provide services! Please can someone fit in one wooden pole and do wiring! I'll even buy the pole and the wires! We are desperate to go back to normal! We recently moved to a house without a Telkom pole on our property, the next pole is 2 houses away and they claim they can't do anything? Is this the service you give your customers?! We can't wait forever and we don't want LTE routers with capped data deals! We don't want wireless phones!! Everyone has normal landlines and adsl around me! Why can't I have it?</p>
