Telkom , can receive calls after porting my number

So i ported my number from Vodacom to telkom on the 22nd and when people complained today that when they call my number it says my number does not excist. The call center could not assist me after the third call they referred me to go to a telkom shop. Waisted time as they could only send an email. Telkom might be cheaper but they seriously need to step it up especially their call centers, Vodacom might be expensive but you pay for the service you get.

I need this to be sorted and it seems like this might take days
