TELKOM CAN NOT PORT YOUR NUMBER SUCSESSFUL

I have loged 2 Cases did a sim swop and my problem is not resolved. The last one was on the 17 June 2022. I can make calles to everyone but MTN and CellC custemers can not call me. This is a new contract and I am on the edge to cancelle it.
