Telkom - can never help

Please ensure that when looking for a Data company for home use not to select telkom. The are not responsive the ladies on the phone sound like they are doing you a huge favor to answer your call after you have been on the line waiting for 36 min. Then you explain your issue and they tell you that you have used 113 GB over night and now it is all gone, I ask how they cant tell me that either. The WORST ever at the time we are in having to work from home and telkom not helping at all. I dont expect a answer from them but they expect my money at the end of the month for a service that is unacceptable.
