Telkom-Can it get any worse????

I have been a loyal client of Telkom for too many a year, i have used every single platform from Facebook, Twitter, SMS, Website etc to have ANYONE with a decorum of client service to contact me, just to speak to me about my faulty line, your AI App (Karabo) is as pathetic as your ever decreasing levels of service- Bye bye Telkom you are simply useless as providing service!
