TELKOM, can I introduce you to yourselves?

For well over a year now we have been trying to get our ADSL upgraded but because of an outdated coverage map, sales cannot sign us up for a faster line speed and uncapped SO BOTTOM LINE..... I go around in circles and pay more for a buffered service! Technicians confirm the exchange is capable and has capacity but the poor sales puppets only know what's on the coverage map.... Please just send a someone responsible for the coverage map to my house so I can show them their Infrastructure or better still can Telkom Sales talk to Telkom Technical!!!
