Telkom can close down its ****a shop

Another guaranteed disappointment proudly brought to us by telkom. They are the most pathetic network providers I've ever come across, home fibre order was placed 2nd August, they decide to add someone else's name on my ID number, getting my order rejected by their "delivery " guys, then their consultant calls and makes me aware of their incompetency, I had to wait another 14 days, yesterday being the 14th, and no communication, so I decide to follow up on the order, then I get told that they have decided to cancel my order without reason or communication from them. telkom should be AVOIDED AT ALL COST,unless you're up for poor service, then they are your go to, NEVER RECOMMENDING telkom TO ANYONE, EVER
