telkom caller identity taken away

Upset and disappointment is an understatement. I changed my package 2weeks ago and then they take away my caller identity away, i can't see who is phoning me(Unknown), missed calls are exactly that, i can't return the calls because there us no caller id. I have been on the phone with all sorts of people and apparently my query has been escalated to superiors but still no luck. I have been in contact with the below people: Caller ID query at telkom Welile(useless) Manager: Malinda Zungu(useless) Case no. ********** 2 Lebo Ramela(he is really trying) ********** #330*0000# ##002# 10217 Mpho mathebula useless Bonke konjwa useless but still no one from the technical support has contacted me. The 72hrs has long passed. As i am writing this, i have cancelled sent an email to terminate my contract. Your network and service is pathetic to say the list.
