TELKOM CALL CENTRE RUDE SERVICE!!!

I phoned the telkom call centre, 10210. I was redirected 4 times. Upon the billing depart instructions, I had to re-phone and re-select "technical support" to redirect me to "Sales" to get an updated statement - what *******. After an hour, I reached Zama N in Sales. While I achieved nothing more than huge phone bill, ringing ears from the rudest call centre lady that I have every encountered!!!
