Telkom CALL CENTRE PATHETIC !!!

I have been on the phone for 40 minutes waiting to report that I am paying for a 200 meg line but only receiving 100meg for the past 8 months or more, i have reported this problem to Telkom before to no avail. Tokozo Biylea informed me that due to high call volumes they could not help me and would call me back ! This after waiting for 40 minutes to speak to her !!! Shocking and quite simple disgusting waist of my time. Please add to this if this is your experience
