Telkom call centre is useless!!!!!

Had the worst experience ever with telkom, did a new data contract online and was called by a agent to complete my app. The agent incorrectly spelled my name and when the parcel was couriered to me the courier guy said he cant rica the sim because of the spelling and had to take it back to Telkom. 2 days has gone by and not even a all from Telkom and i had to make numerous calls to them and had no joy from them and was always told by the agents that someone will call me back to assist but no joy from them. i had to explain the issue to every person i spoke to as they dont have notes on they system, which is very unprofessional. I will never recommend any one to deal with the call centre. i was also told to go to the store and get the sim card but when i made time and went to the store they said they cant help me coz i took it with the call centre. telkom call centre is useless bunch of people.
