Telkom call centre delivering the worst services

Telkom call centre is the worst. I made a online application for wifi on the 13th of March. They tried calling me but only call once then they don't call back today is the 18th and I have not been helped to complete my process. On the 17th I received a call and while on the call the phone cut. The lady never called me back. I feel like I have to beg them to help me complete my process. This is unacceptable and very bad customer service!!!
