Telkom Call Centre and process they have not working and not following through

I am very disappointed at Telkom mobile's call centre and how or lack of response

I have had a couple of case numbers and Telkom keeps closing my case numbers without resolving the issue

Every time I need to explain the situation to a new call centre agent (even though there is a case in front of them)

They keep on saying they they will escalate it (whatever that means...)

Very disapointed
