Telkom Call Centre Agents are useless, lazy and rude
I spock to Ntuthuko Shoba on the 4th of October regarding my Suspended Account While the Debit order went off on the 29. As he was unable to help i asked for his Supervisor but he was rude about it told me can only give me thier email address they are not at work they are working from home i asked for his team leader he refused then avoiding hanging Up the call he pushed it to the end of call Survey. Telkom Call Centre is pretty much Usless🚮🚮🚮

05 Oct 2023, 14:19Today i spoke to Smangele - she kept saying i can't hear you from the get go but i could hear her loud and clear when i say stop playing around she would then respond saying I'm not playing around she was very rude and you could hear that she doesn't care. She responded in line to what i was saying all along but then say i can hear you. . . I mean are your Ears choosing what to hear and what not to hear.....then directed my call to the survey option
