Telkom call centre agents are So Rude and Refuse to assist!!!

Telkom call centre agents are Rude and not willing to assist, majority of them. Called them 5 times and only the last person was willing to assist. The others just cut the call on me and made excuses. Quite pathetic that there is no real customer service anymore.
